All items can be returned for a full refund up to 60 days from the purchase date subject to 1 simple condition outlined below.

Product Return Conditions

Returned items must be brought within 60 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders) unused and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Open items or used items may be either denied for refund or will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or higher depending on usage and condition.

Return & Warranty - Defected Products

Returns of defective products can be accepted within 7 days of purchase, but as an official retailer, all of our products are backed by manufacturer warranties of at least 1 year and in many cases more, so you can shop with confidence.

Online Returns

Products purchased online can be returned in-store or shipped back for a refund following the same conditions outlined above. Email cs@Latech.ca to initiate a refund request for your online purchase.
